Cookies and Privacy Policy

Cookies

We use cookies (little bits of information stored on your computer) to see which bits of the Content Connective website you like so that we can improve it. Sometimes we may use ‘tracking cookies’ or ‘pixels’ which may mean you see us popping up elsewhere online after you have visited this site. By using this site, you are allowing us to store these cookies, but you have the option to disable them within your browser if you want to.

Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics so that we can measure which bits of our website are being used and by how many people. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website content. It may be used to inform future paid marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Adwords.

Google Analytics doesn’t give us any personally identifiable information about you, nor does it share your analytics information with anyone else.

Privacy policy

Below are details of the small amount of information we keep about people who communicate with us about business and working together.

Contact form

When you complete our contact form your details such as company name, email address, and telephone number, are emailed to us and may be uploaded and stored on our CRM spreadsheet if we think there is a good prospect of us working together. We may use these details to contact you to discuss our products and services or to ask if you wish to be included on a future email marketing list on the basis that you have given us your consent to be contacted. If you don’t want to be included, you can contact shaun@contentconnective.com and ask to be removed.

Posts

Sometimes we like to write posts on our site about interesting people we know or have heard about. In all likelihood we already know you, but we may contact you to see if you would like to be featured after reading or hearing about you elsewhere for example on other media, social media or websites. If we get in touch, we’ll only get in touch using publicly available information or where you have given us your details – for example via a business card or social media connection.

Customer data

If you are a customer or someone who has engaged with us by email, on social media, or in person, we may create a record containing some relevant information for you such as contact details, or social media profile information on our CRM spreadsheet. We may use this information for business profiling or to help create targeted products and services and offers. Your details are never shared with commercial third parties.

This is separate to the business information we hold for you in our customer records for the purposes of invoicing, bookkeeping etc, where we may also use third party accounting software to process it.

Questions and complaints

If you have any questions or complaints about this policy or if you hear from us and you don’t wish to be contacted, please let us know and we will make a note not to contact you again – we can delete your records completely if you tell us to. Contact shaun@contentconnective.com
